I don't just configure CMMS systems. I build solutions around them.
My background spans enterprise facilities operations across government properties, and portfolios exceeding three million square feet of offices, data centers, and labs. I've worked with Famis 360, Infor EAM, Power BI, and built custom tooling on top of both — including a Python tool that simplified complex asset intake for facilities managers and translated it back into the system's native format automatically.
Before that, I built an Access-based inventory system for a municipal parks operation that automated requisition paperwork when stock ran low. That was the first system I made work better than I found it. It hasn't been the last.
At every level — government, enterprise, field operations — the pattern is the same: the data exists, the system exists, and there’s someone who enters data into their CMMS. Very few have someone who owns it.
