You don't need a new system. You need someone to get into the one you have and make it tell the truth.
What I Offer
-
Not ready for a full audit? Start here. I take a structured look at your current data, flag the highest-risk gaps, and give you a report you can act on — or use to build a case internally for a deeper engagement.
Up to 2,500 assets — $600
Up to 5,000 assets — $1,000
5,000+ assets — $1,500
-
You suspect the data is wrong. You just don't know how wrong, or where to start.
I export what's in your system, map every gap, duplicate, anomaly, and retired asset that's still active, and hand you a findings report with prioritized recommendations — not a list of problems, but a ranked order of what to fix first and why.
Up to 2,500 assets — $5,000
Up to 5,000 assets — $7,500
5,000+ assets — Custom, starting at $15,000
-
New site coming online, or inheriting a system that was never set up right? This combines a full data integrity audit with clean onboarding — so what goes in is structured, verified, and built to last.
Up to 2,500 assets — $8,500
Up to 5,000 assets — $12,500
5,000+ assets — Custom, starting at $18,000
Multi-site engagements require custom scoping.
-
No system in place. I build your asset list, define scope, and get you into a ticketing system so work can be tracked, assigned, and reported on — without the chaos.
Under 100 assets — $500–$800
100–500 assets — $1,500–$3,000
500+ assets — Custom

Your CMMS has years of repair history sitting in it. I pull that data, map it against replacement costs, and tell you which assets have already cost more than they're worth — so you can make a case for capital replacement before the next failure.
Flat rate: $800–$1,500 depending on ticket volume and data quality.

Your team has a process that's supposed to get data into your system cleanly — an intake form, an upload sheet, a submission workflow. It isn't working. Site teams fill it out wrong, it bounces back and forth for weeks, and errors only surface after they've already hit the system.
I redesign that workflow for the people who actually use it — not the system receiving it — and build automated validation that catches errors before they become your problem. Broken submissions get flagged with a clear, actionable list, so a corrected file comes back clean the next time.
Starting at $5,000. Scoped by complexity.

Not sure which system is right for your operation? I'm building a comparison framework across major platforms — features, price tiers, limitations, and fit by use case. If this is what you need now, reach out anyway. I scope early engagements individually.
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.
Not sure which service fits?
That's what the discovery call is for. Bring your situation and I'll tell you honestly what your system needs — and whether GnoFlow is the right fit to get you there.
The Process
Discovery Call
We talk through your system, your pain points, and what you actually need. No pitch, just diagnosis.
Scope + Proposal
I send a clear proposal with deliverables, timeline, and price. No surprises.
The Work
I get into your data. You don't have to babysit it.
Handoff
You get findings, cleaned data, or a configured system — whatever we scoped — plus a debrief so your team knows what changed and why.

Schedule Logic Redesign — Enterprise Facilities Portfolio
Famis360 / 200+ Properties with Global Operations
The situation:
The only path for mass asset and schedule updates into Famis360 ran through a single Excel intake form — 50 columns, averaging 200 cells, for a simple quarterly schedule. It contained logic that only made sense if you already knew how to build schedules natively in the system. Site teams didn't. The result was a form that came back incomplete, incorrectly filled, or structurally broken almost every time — triggering rounds of back-and-forth between the field and the analyst before anything could be loaded. For a single site's worth of assets, this process could stretch months.
What I did:
Redesigned the schedule intake page from the ground up. Collapsed the existing multi-column, multi-row structure into a single line per schedule per asset with about 20 columns — reducing the cognitive load for site teams who didn't need to understand the underlying system logic, just their own equipment. Built a translation layer that converted the new simplified format back into the original form structure required for mass upload, preserving compatibility with the existing integration process.
Added a validation pass that ran incoming sheets against expected schedule logic before anything touched the system. If a quarterly PM had an annual override entered in the wrong month — breaking the recurrence logic — it got flagged automatically with a clear error list the submitter could act on immediately. The goal: by the second submission, it's done.
The result:
A process that previously required multiple revision cycles and significant analyst time to untangle was reduced to a structured, repeatable intake with automated QA. Site teams had a form they could actually fill out correctly. Errors that previously only surfaced during upload were caught upstream, before they became data problems.
